Went up to the snow for the weekend with some friends from L.A. that also have 2 boys close in age. Had a blast all weekend, spent Sat and Sun at a kids snow park where Kieran and Quinn went snowboarding (Kieran mixed it up b/w sledding, snowboarding, playing in the snow and even riding a snowmobile while Quinn spent every minute on the snowboard trying to master "popups" and "backside 180s"). Actually got real snow in time for the last day which was perfect. All 4 boys had a great time together and all in all it was a great weekend.

Christmas in San Diego is always a highlight of the year. The boys were super jazzed for Santa this year, Quinn got his ninja outfit and Indiana Jones hat he wanted and Kieran got a remote control car. Great to see all the family

Kieran's Halloween Dance 2011

Kieran's class put on a halloween dance show, very fun.

Halloween 2011

Boys were dressed as knights for halloween and they had a great time. Both were very excited and have been looking forward to it for days. Some of the houses were "scary" for Quinn and whenever we came to one, he would draw his sword and cautiously approach the house looking for anything scary, it was really funny. They both got way too much candy but went to bed very satisfied.

October Fun

Attached is a video of Quinn when he just earned to ride his bike, he did a great job and is already tearing around the school yard. Kieran at the climbing center and at the boy scouts.

Fall Party at the CSA

The farm where we get our vegitables during the summer had the annual fall party and we were lucky enough to have "mima" and grandpa around. Everyone had fun, Kieran and Grandpa had a great round of egg toss and both of the boys had fun racing in the sack race and pumpkin balance. Not too much luck in chicken poop bingo though. Grandpa also whipped up his special artisan pizza for us with local produce and Sonoma wild pig.
